Garlic Oil To Use For Cooking and Herbalism
The Benefits of Garlic
A go-to addition to a variety of dishes Garlic has been used for a long time as more than just that to add flavor. Garlic can be used to support the immune system, which may help prevent colds and flu ravaging the world, in their many varieties. It has also been discovered to have potential benefits with promoting heart health and aid those with the discomfort of Type 2 Diabetes.
The Holistic Approach
As in every piece I write, I address that the foundation of herbalism and using herbs and natural practices to heal is founded on the holistic approach, which essentially just means to heal a person one has to look at the whole person rather than just the ailment. So take a person with a fever, they have chills, tired, and are weak. A herbalist would recommend a small regiment of herbs curated for that individual rather than a generic “this fixes a fever in everyone”. No two people are exactly alike and to treat as such is leaving room for error and can harm other aspects of that person.
How to take Garlic
There is a variety of preparations to do with Garlic, my personal go-to that is simple and can be used for both cooking and herbalism is Garlic infused oil. It’s wonderful with some bread or topped on a salad. However, it can also be used for a cough or skin irritations, Garlic Oil.
